We are looking for a kitchen manager/ supervisor that is committed to the quality of the food that comes out of the kitchen and holds the vision of growth. We are looking for someone who has a passion for cooking, a great attitude, is motivated, has great communication skills and is able to perform under pressure while having a good time. This person must be great with people and love to have fun at work while keeping things professional.
We pride ourselves on our authentic "home cooked" style recipes. Each recipe is made fresh in-house from locally sourced ingredients. Below we have listed some of the duties and responsibilities of a Manager/Supervisor at Dead Frog Brewery.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling, Covering shifts
- Maintaining stock
- Ordering
- Training staff members
- Plate items properly
- Follow Sanitation Policies
- Bottom line everything that needs to get done in the kitchen
- Prep food
- Wash dishes if needed
- Keeping the standard of food safety
- Organize

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Langley, BC V2Y 0C8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Cooking: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (required)
